This certification ensures that KremsChem meets the stringent requirements of the ISCC PLUS system for traceability and carbon management. The mass balance approach applied in our production process enables us to offer products containing renewable feedstocks, thereby contributing to the circular economy while reducing our reliance on fossil feedstocks for our key raw materials.
ISCC EU
Closing value chains and fully utilizing resources and energy carriers in production processes is a necessary and important milestone in the further development of industrial production processes. The use of sustainable energy sources plays a central role in this. These efforts have now successfully led us to obtain ISCC EU certification under the revised Renewable Energy Directive RED III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413).
EcoVadis Rating 2026: Silver for KremsChem Austria
KremsChem Austria has been awarded a Silver Medal in the latest EcoVadis rating. This represents an improvement from Bronze to Silver compared with the previous year, placing us among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.
