As a global industrial company in the chemical sector, we have an influence on the living conditions of many people and our environment. We are aware of this great responsibility and contribute to positive social development through our actions (Code of Conduct KREMSCHEM AUSTRIA GMBH, PDF). As a company, we want to find out about suspicions in order to clarify them and remedy possible grievances. With the KREMSCHEM AUSTRIA GMBH whistleblower system, we offer a simple way to report potential rule violations.
How can a report be submitted?
You can use the form below to quickly and easily report concerns or misconduct that you believe could affect our company or the well-being of employees or third parties.
Please note that this form may not be used to make false accusations. Reporting knowingly false information is prohibited and may result in criminal penalties.
If you would like to submit a report orally, please contact the HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTORY (telephone: +43 (0) 2732 899 1239). Our Human Resources management will listen to you and treat the report and your identity confidentially.
It is possible to submit reports directly to the relevant authority (Federal Office for the Prevention and Fight against Corruption, BAK: www.bak.gv.at/601/). However, we ask you to let us know your concerns directly. This will allow you to have unbureaucratic long-term solutions contribute to improvements in our company.

After receiving your report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within seven days. You will also receive feedback on the content within three months.
Anonymity
We encourage you to include your name when submitting your report. As a whistleblower, you are legally protected from any form of reprisal in the European Union. You therefore do not have to fear any professional or private disadvantages.
If you still want to remain anonymous, you have the option of entering an email address that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity. It is important to include this (anonymous) email address (e.g. GMX, Gmail,…) in the form so that we can give you feedback on your report.
