Production:
Expertise and professional experience play a particularly important role for us. We also support you after you start your career with appropriate training and further education. Career changers have the opportunity to complete their chemical process technician apprenticeship with us as a second-chance training programme.
Labor:
For the analysis of our raw materials and after the individual production steps, our products are continuously analysed by chemical laboratory technicians and checked in quality control. Chemists also develop new products or optimise the existing product portfolio.
Administration:
Competent colleagues work in the following departments: Porter/Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Controlling, Payroll, IT, HSSEQ, Company Fire Service.
Engineering:
Our engineering department handles investment projects and keeps our production at the cutting edge of technology. Electrical engineers, system planners and automation technicians are at work here.
Management:
If possible, we try to fill leadership positions with internal candidates.
