On April 23, 2026, KremsChem Austria had the pleasure of welcoming 20 female students as part of Girls’ Day 2026.
During these three hours, exactly what we hope for from this event happened: curiosity turned into interest, and a first glimpse evolved into a genuine understanding of how diverse technical careers can be.
What impressed us most was the energy with which the participants asked questions, tried new things, and encouraged one another. Moments like these highlight the importance of real-life experiences—not brochures, not stereotypes, but a morning that inspires the question: “How does this work?”
For us, Girls’ Day is much more than a date on the calendar. It gives young people the opportunity to explore new fields, ask questions, and experience technical professions from a different perspective.
Because this is where the future begins: when barriers become smaller, interest grows, and new opportunities become visible.
