This certification ensures that KremsChem meets the strict requirements of the ISCC+ system for sustainability and carbon management. The mass balance approach applied in our production process allows us to offer products with a renewable content, thereby contributing to the circular economy while minimizing environmental impact.
ISCC EU
Closing value chains and fully utilizing resources and energy carriers in production processes is a necessary and important milestone in the further development of industrial production processes. The use of sustainable energy sources plays a central role in this. These efforts have now successfully led us to obtain ISCC EU certification under the revised Renewable Energy Directive RED III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413).
